My favorite part of the zoo was seeing the hawks, owls, and turtles standing on rails, I especially enjoyed the larger owl, thank you so much!I wonder if there could be a time when visitors could hold some of the birds or any of the animals for that matter, under conditions of course, and I was also wondering if the Zoo could give an alternative perspective to the teaching of the origin of animals by mentioning that they could have been created as well, giving the Creation's perspective on it.
Editor's response: I'm glad to hear of your interest in the birds at the zoo. You pose a very interesting idea about including Creationism's perspective. While I don't think that's the zoo's job, that would be a great idea to suggest to your place of faith, like your church. This way, different people with different views can have their own special tours in the fantastic zoo.
